A few weeks ago i did a pitch to the class about an public service announcement about bottled water and the effects it has on the environment and to people halfway around the world. Before i did the pitch, i did some research myself to gather infomation for the commerical. I found out that the bottling companies make 86.4 billion dallors everyyear and 178 billion litres of water is pumped out too by the bottling companies. Even saftey was researched and found out that tap water is tested twice as much more than bottle water is. In my commerical i have the facts come up with a picture in the background of the effects of bottle water. I had good talk about it after was ask why bottle water harms people in third world countries and my answer was that the price of water goes up becuase of the depletion of the water.
